DESCRIPTION

Bench to a station with automatic cycle for straightening within the set thresholds (± 0.15 mm). Check quota referred to the cross-tree.
Odds reading resolution: 0.5μm.
Time Straightening in a phase 8 s with the possibility of further attempts, with self-learning of elasticity.
Loading and unloading of the pieces can be done manually or by means of a robot interfaced with the bench.
Quick retooling for managing different models

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

VIPA PLC with OP Panel 77.
24V digital input and output cards and pulse count boards for altitude transducers.

PNEUMATICS AND HYDRAULICS

Pneumatic supply of the 6 bar bench. The hydraulic control unit supplies the pressure cylinders up to 200 bar to lock the cross during the straightening procedure.

MECHANICS

The mechanical equipment includes: three clamping hydraulic cylinders. Three actuators driven by motors controlled by controlled axes fold the arms of the crosses according to the measure.
