DESCRIPTION
The line has been designed for the testing and completion of CNG gearboxes for automobiles.
This test is performed on several banks.
The pieces are equipped with datamatrix and therefore all operations are archived to allow traceability.
The pieces under test, on pallets, are brought from one bench to another through a conveyor belt.
The operations performed on the piece are:
• functional testing with 300 bar air inlet,
• helium leak test,
• screwing caps,
• microdot marking
• piece inspection control

Tests managed entirely by Personal Computer.
Vision control system.
Analog and digital I / Os Series S7 300.
PNEUMATIC / MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
High-quality pressure regulators, valves and transducers
Analogue and serial transducer connections with resolution of about 16 Bit.
