DESCRIPTION
The bench has the purpose of preparing the Blechtopf disk for the finishing operation, simulating the locking of the disk on the hub. The disc is locked in two plates with a force of about 1000 kg.
After packing, the disk is returned for finishing and checked on special counters.
At the end the disk is returned to this machine where it is disassembled, separating the disk from the plates, which are made available for other disks.
The brake discs are separated between good and waste.
Disc loading and unloading can be performed automatically, with the aid of a robot, or semi-automatic, managed by an operator

Test managed by PLC with a supervision PC.
Electric screwdriver for screwing the plate on disk.
