The bench tests semi-finished heads.
Over 60 holes to fill.
Convenient and free top loading station. The piece is moved to the two test stations where the following tests are carried out in sequence:
– Long oil holes at 4.5 bar.
-Interceting pressure towards water circuit during the long-hole sealing test.
– 4 Bar water circuit.
– 0.5 bar oil circuit with cam shaft seal

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

Management of the test done by Personal Computer.
Manual controls from monitors, historical archiving management.

PNEUMATIC AND MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT

Absolute and differential high precision transducers.
Reading resolution 1 pascal = 0.01mBar.
Special gaskets for sealing on corners.
