DESCRIPTION

Functional testing of the diesel pump:
– diesel oil maintained at the set temperature
– locking with similar force to tightening the mounting screws in the vehicle
– control of free rotation
– check performance at different speeds (pressures, flow rate and resistive torque)
– emptying of the pump
– graphical display of the trend of the variables
– archiving of the test results associated with the part code

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

Automation management with Bosch Rexroth L40 series PLC. Supervision and data storage software, developed by TLGB in the National Instruments CVI environment.
