DESCRIPTION

The bench performs the running-in of the pads combined with a disc.
After manually loading the pieces (disc and pads), the running-in cycle is performed, consisting of different braking cycles with different pressure / speed settings.
The final inspection of the piece is based on the measurement of the following quantities: torque, disc temperature, friction coefficient and deceleration.

Motor rotation command inverter FROM 125 kW.

Deceleration from 1 g.

PNEUMATIC AND HYDRAULIC EQUIPMENT

Oil pump for braking activation at max 150 bar.
