TESTING ISLE AND BRAKE CALIPER COMPLETION

DESCRIPTION

The isle is made up of 4 stations, these have been designed to perform the following operations on each single piece:
– AP-BP seal test, deformation control and pistons movement.
-pressure of contrast spring pads and photographic control carried out in parallel to the vacuum seal test.
– gluing pads cycle, a new photographic check after the installation of caps and pads wear indicator
-status for maximum clamp control of the gripper

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

Two Siemens S7 PLCs, one for the management of the first bank and the other for the management of the second and third bank.
PC of supervision for the whole island.
Drives with Brushless servomotors for managing controlled axes.

PNEUMATIC EQUIPMENT

High precision pressure transducers.
Leak test at 0.5 bar and 200 bar.
Internal high pressure generator.
Vacuum pump able to generate high vacuum for vacuum leakage test.
