MICROCHECK 3012 REV 2016

Microcheck 3012 is the new multi-channel instrument with 12 “touch screen color display.
Thanks to its software flexibility, it can easily be adapted to all customer requests. With this product the TLGB has introduced new potentialities, such as interfacing with USB, Ethernet or serial ports, maintaining the reliability and quality of all time.

The equipment is particularly suitable for:
– LEAK TESTS
– FLOW TESTS
– LOAD TESTS
– DIMENSIONAL TESTS
– DOSAGE TEST

In the field of leak tests various devices and different techniques have been realized for the measurement of the loss, the choice is a function of the piece to be tested and of the specific requests of the customer:
– FILLING TESTS AND MEASUREMENT OF THE PRESSURE DECREASE
– MEASUREMENT OF THE PRESSURE DECREASE
– INTERCEPTION TESTS
– MICROPORTED TESTS
– TESTS OF VOLUMETRIC SEAL

All these types of tests can be performed individually or combined, simultaneously or asynchronously.

The MICROCHECK 3012 can work with 1 or more channels (max 10).
Times and thresholds are freely programmable.
The sequence is predefined and studied according to the testing requirements.
The test results are expressed in mbar and Ncc / h.
Reading resolution 1 pascal with differential transducers, or absolute (low pressures).
The apparatus coupled to suitable transducers and pneumatic circuits is able to carry out tests from the Vacuum to 250 Bar.
The instrument works with both differential and absolute pressure transducers, load cells, flow transducers, dimensional, etc. The choice is made according to the application and the characteristics of the test.

In compliance with ISO 9000, all testing systems provide a device that verifies the efficiency of all the components of the test. This test is performed in 0.5 seconds at scheduled intervals.
